This question recently came up:
I have an automation that sends students an email thanking them for being a part of a short-term trip with the school and I was wondering if Airtable or an extension that I do not know of, could track the engagement of the student on if they opened the email, or if they clicked on a link, etc.
My answer to this question:
If you’d like a really quick/easy/cheap way of doing this, you can just use a service like Paste Pixel to embed a tracking pixel into your email.
Otherwise, you could turn to more advanced email marketing tools (like my personal favorite MailGun), which can be integrated with Airtable by using Make.
If you’ve never used Make before, I’ve assembled a bunch of Make training resources in this thread. For example, here is one of the ways that you could instantly trigger a Make automation from Airtable.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire the best Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
