I have an Airtable base containing product information. I am contemplating creating a case management system that will reference a few fields in the product base.
I’d like to use a template for the case management system and keep this in a separate base (but the same workspace). If the tables are in different bases, is it possible to lookup/link fields between bases?
You cannot link directly between bases. You can sync a table into a different base and then link to the synced table.

As @Kuovonne said you need to use the sync base feature to connect multiple bases in Airtable.
