I have a problem that shouldn’t be. My client upgrading their phishing protection on a third party app and it now blocks any emails related to the live noloco app (magic links, password resets, etc.) I apparently can’t win the fight to have them permit the emails but it has to do with the name of the app on noloco. Emails get generated as no-reply@noloco.app.
So I thought I could get away with changing the appname on noloco, but that doesn’t change, I only get to change the label, not the actual url or name. I understand that. Sorry if this is a ramble, but I’ve spent 11 hours caught in the middle of this, but noloco support is suggesting cloning the app under a new name. I get it, but I’m concerned because this is a live app, that in my opinion is a bit complicated.
So if anyone has cloned a live app on Noloco and has any advice it would be most welcome.
