I’ve never heard of Airflow before, but it seems like you’re talking about this extension.
If you’re having problems with their extension, then you should contact them directly through their website.
However, I’m having problems loading their website. Their website has missing images, broken links, and the pages don’t all load properly, so it’s possible that they are no longer in business.
Considering that they don’t have much of a presence in the Airtable world, and that their product likely doesn’t work properly, I would suggest taking a look at Make’s advanced automations & integrations for Airtable instead.
