Hi everyone - I’m Jonghyun, building Pdfier for Airtable teams that need repeatable PDFs from live Airtable data.
I kept seeing workflows where the base already had the right data, but the final document needed linked records too: invoice line items, work order materials, certificate details, customer reports, and similar docs.
The simple cases are usually fine with Page Designer or a document template. The messier parts tend to be linked records, multi-page tables, batch generation, and saving the finished PDF back to an Airtable attachment field.
Pdfier connects to an Airtable base, analyzes fields, sample rows, and linked records, drafts a reusable PDF layout, lets you review the field mapping, then generates PDFs for one record or a batch. It can also save generated PDFs back to Airtable.
I’m looking for feedback from Airtable builders:
- What document workflows are still annoying in your bases?
- Do linked records, formatting, or attachment save-back break first?
- Would AI-assisted layout be useful if the template remains editable and reusable?

Happy to share more detail or look at real Airtable document cases if anyone is dealing with this.
