Quick update if anybody interested:
Browserflow can not read data out of Google Sheets yet. (Only enter data e.g. scraped of website). But it can copy text from one tab to another and it works quite fast. I managed to setup a simple workflow using the Airtable Gallery View. When looking at single item in the Gallery view, I can specify the field to copy and populate my form. I think this could have been done also by looking at a Grid View single item, but find the Gallery view cleaner. Browserflow copying data such as Title, Description and populating the form in another tab.
Browserflow seems to have upload file option but didn’t find out how to use nor do I understand if I can upload a from a file path such as Airtable URL for the document.
Looked high and low and there are 2 other apps that are able handle my requirements:
Quite a new solution in Beta and right now free. It can read Google Sheet data and seem to be able upload for file.
Surprising I overlooked them in the past. They have an offering for enterprise which is quite costly and their website is a jungle so found out by accident they do have a basic version of solution and even available for free.

Same as in case of Browseflow, not clear if Uipath and Automa can actually upload a file from a directly URL. They both have a steeper learning curve, definitively more difficult to start with than Axiom. Out of the ones I reviewed, Axiom and Browserpath is the most user-friendly to accomplish form filling using CSV data coming from Airtable.
So decided to stick with Browserflow for now because I do not have skills to build a working with Uipath or Automa. Maybe somebody who has already done something can share a flow template.
